About WifOR
WifOR is an independent economic research institute, founded in 2009 as a spin-off from the Technical University of Darmstadt. As experts in macroeconomic analysis, our research focuses on the areas of labor markets, health, and sustainability. Through our studies, WifOR’s mission is to enable data-based solutions to challenges on the labor market, set global standards in Impact Measurement, and illuminate the value of health investments worldwide. WifOR has over 75 employees located in Germany, Greece, Latin America, and the USA.
Your tasks
- As part of our international team you are responsible for the proposal management
- You have strong communication with other internal departments, as well as our customers
- The development of our CRM system, the identification of potential cross- and upselling as well as the planning of your campaigns are your responsibilities
- You are preparing relevant KPIs for the management and providing guidance in strategic decisions
- Additionally, you independently assume internal projects to increase our profitability and establish ourselves as a global data provider
Your profile
- A completed vocational training or economic studies is advantageous, but career changers are also welcome
- Ideally, you bring some initial practical experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Business Development, Project Management, or Proposal Management
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, ideally with experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Enjoy working on challenging topics, with a meticulous work style, team orientation, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to communicate perceptively and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and ideally in English
